The Novel Eye is an Open Access Vision Insurance Provider! We are able to work with insurance plans from VSP, Eyemed, BCBSRI Medicare Advantage & more, and submit directly to your plan for reimbursement with your Out of Network benefits, hassle-free!

2. Our Partnerships - Because we are an open network practice, we are able to carefully select the labs we work with to ensure you get a high quality of services/materials each and every time

3. More Options - Don’t worry about your insurance plan dictating which types of frames you can choose from. Anything you see out on display at our practice, you can still purchase and STILL have your insurance cover some of the cost!

Our skilled Licensed Optician will give as much (or little) support in the Frame Styling process as you’d like! He will also ask plenty of questions to help you to determine which Visual Lens Solution will provide the best vision for your eyes’ unique needs! 

At The Novel Eye, we partner exclusively with a local, in-state Optical Wholesale laboratory to obtain your Rx Lenses, and within a few days! Once received, our skilled Licensed Optician will then edge the lenses down to the frame of your choice, with your measurements and Rx in mind!
